What are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Recruiter who can attract, screen, and hire top-tier technical and non-technical talent across various disciplines. This role is essential in ensuring our company grows with the right people, in the right positions, at the right time.
What are you expected to do?
- Collaborate closely with the team to understand clients’ specific technical and non-technical needs and job requirements.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selecting, and extending offers.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach, to find high-quality technical candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of skilled professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Use data and metrics to refine recruiting processes and make strategic hiring decisions.
- Stay updated on recruitment best practices, trends, and market insights, particularly within the tech industry.

You’ll be a great fit if:
- You have at least 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment, agency or headhunting setup.
- You are well-versed in sourcing, screening, and hiring for a wide range of technical roles.
- You have strong communication skills and the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- You are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
- You are familiar with recruitment tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- You have experience working with both local and international candidates, specifically in the Southeast Asia region.

Please note: This role is remote/hybrid; however, we require candidates to be based locally in Hanoi,Vietnam. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Vietnam labor laws and employment regulations.

What to Expect in the Process?
- You’ll go through 3–4 interviews plus a possible assessment with our client partner. This includes an initial chat, a culture-fit interview, and 1–2 conversations with our awesome client. The whole process usually takes 1–2 weeks, but we’ll let you know if things need to move quicker.
